Stage 1 Registration 2025/26- CURRENT USERS ONLY AND WAITING LIST
Please read all the information carefully.
All current users, their siblings and waiting list members can download and return a registration pack from the 24th of February 2025 on our website florastevensonasc.org
All current members will retain their current sessions if they reregister by 10th of March 2025. Any current members with a sibling beginning P1 in August 2025 should download an additional pack on the 24th of February 2025 and return their pack along with their sibling who is a current users.
Current members may request additional sessions however, these sessions will be confirmed along with the waiting list and new members sessions by 9th of June 2025.
Current waiting list members can also download a registration pack the week commencing 24th of February 2025 and be given the chance to register and retain their position on the waiting list. To remain on the FSASC waiting list you must re-register your interest annually during the registration period.
All stage 1 registration packs (including P1 member siblings) must be returned by the 10th of March 2024. Stage 1 packs returned after the of 10th of March 2024 WILL LOSE their sessions for next year.
You must ensure all information in the packs are complete and correct, including the ‘all about me section’. Please ensure you include any information regarding your child’s additional support needs as we need this information to ensure their care plans are complete and we are offering the correct level of support. Uncompleted form will be returned and not accepted until they are complete.
Registration Fee
In order to register with FSASC we require you to pay an annual family registration fee. Please note the payment covers all siblings within the same household. For example, if you have 3 children you only make one payment. The payment MUST be paid in a separate transaction from your regular fee’s.
The registration fee is £25 per family. When making the payment please use your child/ family name and reg fee as the reference on the bank transfer. If you don’t do this your payment may not be allocated to your account, leading to loss of sessions.
All payments must be paid at the time of registration and paid via bank transfer and childcare vouchers. Details for the bank transfer can be found within your registration pack.

All new members for 2025/26 can download a pack from 24th of March 2025 from our new website florastevensonasc.org
All new members can submit their registration packs to florastevensonasc1@gmail.comfrom 24th of March 2025 at 9am. Any packs sent before this will not be accepted.
We would like to make family's aware that we are currently fully booked everyday for after school full sessions 2:45pm/3:30pm - 6pm and breakfast club sessions. We also have a significant waiting list. So be please be aware when applying that we will be unable to accommodate all requests as we will only have limited spaces to fill for 25/26.
