Stage 2 Registration New Members
Please read all the information carefully before submitting an application.
To submit an application your child/ren need to have a confirmed space at Flora Stevenson Primary School for the session 2026-2027. Children entering Primary 1 to Primary 7 are welcome to register. We do not offer any sessions for children who attend the Nursery.
Please note we have extremely limited space available and will not be able to accommodate all applications for care.

All new members can submit their registration packs to florastevensonasc1@gmail.com from Monday 27th of April 2026 at 9am. Any packs sent before this will not be accepted.
You must ensure all information in the packs are complete and correct including all medical information. This information will have no impact on session allocation. We require this information to prepare our staff and assign any necessary training. Please ensure you include any information regarding your child’s additional support needs as we need this information to ensure their care plans are complete and we are offering the correct level of support. Uncompleted forms will be returned and not accepted until they are complete.
Registration Fee
To register with FSASC we require you to pay an annual family registration fee. This year the fee is £35. We will create an account for you and apply the fee. You will receive an invoice from our bookkeeper around the 26th of the month. You only pay 1 fee per family. If you have more than one child the fee will only be applied to one child being registered.
School Day changes
FSASC will no longer offer the short session for session beginning the 12th of August 2026
In order to ensure FSASC is running responsibly we will be reviewing our fee’s. Please be aware when you apply for the sessions that there will likely be an increase in cost for session 2026-2027. As soon as we have more information we will send out a newsletter.
All sessions for new members will be confirmed 17th of July 2026.
