Registration Information NEW MEMBERS 2024-2025

Please read all the information carefully.

Flora Stevenson After School Club is very popular and we get a large number of applications all year round. The After School Club is currently full for long sessions. We also have lengthy waiting list so please keep in that mind when applying for any sessions. Please be patient when submitting a pack the club is very busy and every day is different we will get back to you when possible.

All new members for 2024/25 can download a pack from 22nd of March 2024 from this website. We ask while submitting a pack to also take the time read over our code of conduct for parents. It can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.

All new members can submit their registration packs to florastevensonasc1@gmail.com from 25th of March 2024 at 8am. Any packs sent before this will not be accepted.

If you have any questions about your pack, please email the above email address.

You must ensure all information in the packs are complete and correct as this may lead to lose of sessions.

All sessions will be confirmed by the 10th of June 2024.

Before paying the registration fee please wait for confirmation that we have received your registration pack.

Registration Fee

In order to register with FSASC we require you to pay an annual family registration fee. Please note the payment covers all siblings within the same household. For example, if you have 3 children you only make one payment. The payment MUST be paid in a separate transaction from your regular fee’s.

The registration fee is £25 per family. When making the payment please use your child/ family name and reg fee as the reference on the bank transfer. If you don’t do this you payment may not be allocated to your account, leading to lose of sessions.

All payments must be paid at the time of registration and paid via bank transfer. Details for the bank transfer can be found within your registration pack.

Please be patient when submitting a pack the club is very busy and every day is different we will get back to you when possible.

All current members can submit their registration packs to florastevensonasc1@gmail.com

All current users and waiting list members can download and return a registration pack from the 26th of February 2024 on this website. We ask while submitting a pack to also take the time read over our code of conduct for parents. It can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.

All current members will retain their current sessions. Any current members with a sibling beginning P1 in August 2023 should download an additional pack to submit for the sibling on the 26th of February 2024.

Current members may request additional sessions however, these sessions will be confirmed along with the waiting list and new members sessions on 10th of June 2024.

Current waiting list members can also download a registration pack the week commencing 26th of February 2024 and be given the chance to register and retain their position on the waiting list.

All stage 1 registration packs (including P1 member siblings) must be returned by the 15th of March 2024. Stage 1 packs returned after the of 15th of March 2024 may lose their sessions for next year.

You must ensure all information in the packs are complete and correct as any incomplete forms will be returned.

FAQ

Can I register ?

In order to use this service you must have a child who is starting P1 or above who attends or will attend

Flora Stevenson Primary School.

What happens if I'm put on the waiting list ?

FSASC is large club and we can't always accomdate all the applications. If you are placed on the waiting list and space becomes available we will contact you.

Is there a miniumn booking ?

No we have no miniumn bookings you can apply for as much or as little as you need.

What if my child has allergies, medical needs or addtional support needs ?

FSASC endevours to accomdate all children. Every child needs will be assesed on an indidvidual basis and FSASC endevour to support all families who use the setting.
