Stage 1 Registration 2026/27- CURRENT USERS ONLY

**Please read all the information carefully.**
All current users, their siblings and waiting list members can download and return a registration pack from the 27th of March 2026 on our website florastevensonasc.org
REGISTRATION PACKS CAN RETURNED FROM 9AM ON MONDAY THE 30TH OF MARCH
All current members will retain their current sessions if they reregister by 10th of April 2026. Any current members with a sibling beginning P1 in August 2025 should download an additional pack on the 27th of March 2026 and return their pack along with their sibling who is a current users.
Current members may request additional sessions however, these sessions will be confirmed along with the waiting list and new members sessions by 19th of June 2026.
Current waiting list members can also download a registration pack the week commencing 27th of March 2026 and be given the chance to register and retain their position on the waiting list. To remain on the FSASC waiting list you must re-register your interest annually during the registration period.
All stage 1 registration packs (including P1 member siblings) must be returned by the 10th of April 2026. Stage 1 packs returned after the of 10th of April 2026 WILL LOSE their sessions for next year.
You must ensure all information in the packs are complete and correct including all medical information. This information will have no impact on session allocation. We require this information to prepare our staff and assign any necessary training. Please ensure you include any information regarding your child’s additional support needs as we need this information to ensure their care plans are complete and we are offering the correct level of support. Uncompleted forms will be returned and not accepted until they are complete.
**Registration Fee changes**
To register with FSASC we require you to pay an annual family registration fee. This year the fee is £35. We will add the registration fee to your account and this year it will show up like a session on your bill. Please note the payment covers all siblings within the same household. For example, if you have 3 children you only make one payment. If you have more than one child the session will be added to only one child.
**School Day changes**
There are potentially going to be changes to timing of the school day for session 2026-2027. This will effect children who are in Primary 1 and 2 who attend a short session only. Primary 1 and 2 children who attend a full session will not effected. If the school day changes to 3pm finish for Primary 1 and 2 children FSASC will not offer the short session. If you are booking short sessions please be aware that this booking is conditional on the school day remaining the same and finishing at 2:45pm. When we have more information regarding the school day timings we will send a newsletter with the next steps.
